As an AFAA certified personal trainer, I have experience working in numerous fitnes
s locations and environments, for example, gyms, access to a private studio, and I can design excellent in-home workouts. Over the years, I have learned that variety is paramount in achieving my client's desired results. Importantly, I always follow up with my clients, so that their fitness program includes resistance, nutrition advice, and cardiovascular training. Balance is the key to success! After being a competitive athlete in so many disciplines, I have acquired first hand experience, and I understand the dynamics of sports specific training. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, run a road race, compete in triathlons, or in bodybuilding and fitness- I have the experience to design a program that integrates various elements of resistance, core, nutrition and cardio to be successful in whichever sport you chose.

I love Boot Camp Training! I know that certain exercises in combination with others are more effective, and along with intense interval training, can be a very exciting and effective workout. But, don't be scared away by the terms- "intense" and "Boot Camp"- it can seem overwhelming to new participants. I make sure that the exercises and intensity of a workout can be modified so that participants of almost any level of fitness can join. Currently, I am looking to expand my career and host on-site Boot Camps at various locations. It's all about the energy!

Part of moving ahead is setting goals for the future. And why not? I have alot of public speaking experience, and I enjoy the positive affect public speaking has on a person's thinking and motivation. I hope to use all of my life experience and education in fitness, speaking and writing to develop workshops that include all avenues of wellness. Folks, the key is balance-taking alittle bit from here and there within your life, and then incorporating them into your life's plan while capitalizing on your strengths. That-and a whole lot of hard work! This is a long term goal, perhaps, but I have learned that we must accept the process, and live within each moment to arrive at the desired outcome...
Subscription and On-Line Training...
I always wanted to have my own lifestyle and fitness magazine publication...well it all starts with an idea -and it could start right here on my new site. I have had some very positive comments about my work thus far, and perhaps, I will be able to expand this site into a subscription and on-line training site. I would like to offer on-line workouts, video workouts, detailed and informative reading as well as phone consultations to members.
Any one with ideas or requests for this upcoming addition? I would love to hear from you! After all, putting your ideas out into the world is the first step in seeing them materialize...
